I BELIEVE by Femi Oguntolu

It looks bleak but I believe it

It looks weak but I won't leave it

It has a lot of foes but it will thrive

It has a lot of woes but it will survive

I can't see it but I dream it

I can't think it but I scream it

It looks absurd but I will see it

It is unsung but I won't flee it

It is the fruitful future of Nigeria.

Dedicated to Nigeria; a country in whose future I strongly believe in.

S o many times I have had interactions with people on particular negative habits they exhibited and more often than none their responses has always been, 'that's just my weakness'. Career Fulfilment

Many of us work an average of eight (8) hours a day five (5) days a week between the age of 18 to 65. The amazing fact about this is that we spend a total of 100,000 hours of our lifetime working. Can you then imagine doing something that doesn’t give you fulfilment? One of the keys to career fulfilment therefore is to enjoy what you're doing. It's burdensome to be doing what you don't like or created to do. It's totally frustrating and time wasting. And that's the reason many people are not productive in their work. When I said productive, I'm not talking about acquiring material possessions because even some that engage doing what they don't enjoy doing have been able to acquire cars, built houses and have the 'toys of life'. Favour Demystified

W elcome to another Wednesday’s insight series.  I believe you are set to get another insight today so, let’s dive in. Dictionary defines favour as an act of kindness done or granted out of goodwill. It is also to show preferential treatment to someone. Favour is derived from the same root word as Grace, CHARIS. And this makes favour to be as powerful as grace.
